BIO
Hello. My name is Armoni Taylor. I am an aspiring actress, dancer, model, rapper, director, and executive located in Los Angeles, CA. I am a Film and Television Production Major at the University of California—Riverside, and I plan to graduate one year early in 2026. After achieving my academic goals, I plan to continue my career in the industry, sharing stories and the lives of others as an actress and executive director.
My journey started when I was just 5 years old as I aspired to become a dancer. I studied and practiced different genres of dance at the Lula Washington Dance Theatre for 7 years. I then attended Amazing Grace Conservatory Performing Arts School, located in Los Angeles. AGC is a program for the youth that includes acting, singing, dance, filmmaking, and musical production at the end of each semester. Fun Fact, In 2016 I was cast as “Anybody’s” in AGC’s production of “West Side Story”. Here at AGC, I expanded on my calling of directing, scriptwriting, and songwriting. I attended the performing arts school for about 7 years until graduating from the program with my senior show “The Wiz”.
My social media journey started my freshman year of college as a few funny videos on TikTok began to take flight with 1.2m views. Wanting to expand my platform, I began natural hair influencing. Seeing a young black woman with beautiful kinks and coils is pivotal for the black community. Our hair is deemed as unprofessional, “nappy” and untamed to society which can be very destructive to the black community. Proving the stereotypes wrong, my page quickly went from 6,000 to 10k followers on the TikTok Platform. I began receiving collaboration from different hair companies across the world along with the TikTok shop. I then began to receive paid wig promotions averaging a decent amount of income for 2 TikTok videos per product. I currently have 30.4k followers and supporters on TikTok while the platform is my second form of income.
Focusing on my acting, directing, and filmmaking ambitions, I am eager to pursue my craft in bigger productions. I plan to network and collaborate with different people in the industry who can contribute to my dreams.

Armoni As Director
Armoni's Filmmaking passion sparked at Amazing Grace Conservatory. She directed student films with participation in general crew. After graduating high school, she attended University Of California-Riverside. as a Film & Television Production Major. Within the year of 2024 she was blessed with the opportunity to be a part of Promise Workshops Internships located at The Academy Museum Of Motion Pictures. Thanks to their financial assistance, film equipment, paid opportunity and support she was able to create her first short film “Pressure”. She has also directed and assisted in many short films over the years with both crew and independently. She also have experience in screenwriting, playwriting, cinematography, etc. Armoni believes that her ability and diverse experiences in these roles and her experience as talent, gives her a visual of how to run a production.
